Patrick Pouyannée visits Angola once again

Patrick Pouyannée, CEO of Total Group visited Angola on December 21st, 2015 to underline the company’s commitment to Angola’s development.

The agenda of the highest representative of the largest oil producer of the country – Total E&P Angola, was marked by important meetings, in particular with his Excellence, the President of Angola, Eng. José Eduardo dos Santos, the Vice-President of Angola, Eng. Manuel Vicente, the Minister of Petroleum, José Maria Botelho de Vasconcelos and Sonangol Chairman, Francisco Lemos. One of the highlights of the day was the signing of an addendum to Block 32 PSA regarding the Project Kaombo, in the presence of the partners envisaging an improvement in the economic outputs of the project in an extremely low crude oil prices context. In addition, an MOU was also signed between Total E&P Angola, Sonangol and private actors, with the objective of creating a network of petrol stations in the country.
